Yoga Retreat in Parajuru, Brazil
Slow movement, conscious breathing and deep rest, facing the ocean.
Yoga sessions for kitesurfers & everyone
Here, yoga is not a performance. There is no advanced posture to reach and no competition with the body you had yesterday. Every session is guided and adapted to you — a space to breathe, to release what you are holding and to come back to yourself, carried by the sound of the ocean.

Frequently asked questions
Do I need to be flexible?
Not at all — that is one of the most common misconceptions. Yoga is not about touching your toes; it is about learning to breathe and to be present in the body you have today. Every posture is adapted, and props are there to support you.
I have never done yoga. Can I join?
Yes. Sessions are gentle and fully guided, step by step, with no posture you are expected to already know. Beginners are genuinely welcome, and the small group means you are never left on your own.
Is it a sporty, physical practice?
No. This is a slow, meditative practice. The focus is on breathing, on holding simple postures with ease, on meditation and on deep relaxation — not on effort, sweat or performance.
What should I bring?
Comfortable clothes you can breathe in, and water. Mats, bolsters, blocks and blankets are provided. The practice is done barefoot.
How long is a session, and how many people?
Each session lasts 1h15, in small groups of 6 people maximum, so that every practitioner can be guided individually.
Can I practise with an injury or with pain?
In most cases yes — and it is often exactly where a gentle practice helps. Tell your teacher before the session so the postures can be adapted. For a recent injury or a specific medical condition, please ask your doctor first.
Do I need to stay at Caju Knots to join the yoga classes?
No, not at all! The yoga sessions are open to everyone, whether you are staying at Caju Knots or not. Feel free to contact us or book your session to come and practise with us.
